Having to cancel their original wedding plans due to Covid-19, Elizabeth and Kemper reimagined their special day, creating an English style garden ceremony and reception.

Resting in Merrill’s Cove, NC is the groom’s family home, fondly named Brown Hill.

A garden designer herself, the mother of the groom opened her gardens for the ceremony followed by a breathable, intimate reception on the screened porch.

Bright spring blooms filled the bride’s ceremony bouquet and our very own antique Fenton Hobnail containers for the reception, including: Itoh peonies, garden roses, lisianthus, anemone, and greens cut from Brown Hill’s gardens. Chic place settings were laid using sterling flatware and crystal glassware, maintaining special touches for the bride and groom.
